1-2 times a month we gather for quiet seated meditation. Whether you are a seasoned meditator, or a newbie to meditation, this is a wonderful opportunity to re-discover the importance of cultivating a stillness practice. Our practice space offers you a serene atmosphere within a supportive setting. Meditation cushions and mats are laid out for you, and essential instructions are provided to help support your quiet time.
